Initial consultation - no charge

Individual Task (such as preparation and delivery of a particular document or set of documents, document templates, review and analysis of an RFP, etc.)  may be priced Firm Fixed Price once the workscope and schedule is defined, or Fixed Price level of effort if the requirements are less well defined.   Payment is due upon completion and delivery of the ordered documents/deliverables/services.

Coaching and Development of In-House Staff    May be performed as a stand-alone task to bring your in-house contracts personnel to a new level of professional skills.  Or may be a component of other tasks - while we are supporting your business on specific issues or activities, we will be keeping your existing contracts' personnel informed of what we are doing, why we're doing it, the pros and cons of our recommendations, risk mitigation steps, etc.  To the best of our ability we will transfer our professional expertise into the minds of your personnel while we work.

Ongoing contract administration support: will be priced hourly or if a firm commitment is made to a minimum number of hours per month, a discounted rate may be negotiated.

Special Consulting requests: will be priced hourly

 Workshops:  will be Firm Fixed Price per student, and the class price will depend on the length of workshop (2 hrs/half day/full day). Candidate workshop subjects are listed below. Presented with information on the government's viewpoint as well as industry's viewpoint.

Contract Types, and implications for profitability

RFP Risk analysis and bid strategies  (you provide a copy of one of  your customer's RFPs for a real-time analysis and discussion in this workshop; we provide the recommended responses, risk mitigation strategies, etc.)
